Contingency

Titanium Professional can either work on an exclusive basis or part of a structured PSL.  We screen and evaluate the best candidates for a certain position.  New clients are always pleased to find that the experience of working with Titanium Professionals is positively different.  We only charge for our services on the successful hiring of a proposed job applicant.

Candidate Attraction and Selection:

We use a number of sourcing methods to ensure we can find and attract the best candidates on the market. These processes include job boards and databases.  The vast majority of our candidates are sourced via headhunting and referral methods.

Retained

What is retained recruitment?

Titanium Professional Recruitment Services charges an upfront retainer with progressive fees as the service continues, including that which will be paid upon shortlisting of clients and, finally, upon the commencement of the candidate.

Titanium Professionals’ clients use our Retained Service is to ensure that their position is prioritised over their competitor’s requirements.  This time efficient process ensures your time reviewing CVS and interviewing is dramatically reduced as a direct result of the time taken by Titanium Professional to conduct a full brief of the technical requirements for the position as well as those with traits and values that best align with your company’s vision and values.

The alternative approach, contingent recruitment, allows the client to pay once the recruitment service is complete.

Contract

This allows us to assist clients solve temporary resource issues, be it a rolling contract or an exact length of time that is required , which is a cost effective manner in order to overcome head count issues or finding the skill set for a short term period.

All of our services require us to search not only the skill set required for positions , but also to figure out whether or not the candidate will fit into the team and culture of your organization.
