Responsibilities:
This is a highly challenging position that draws heavily upon all of the analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills essential to effective strategy consulting. Responsibilities are broadly defined and are expected to increase with demonstrated abilities and aptitude. The candidate is expected to be responsible for leading the day to day management of client engagements, directing junior staff, developing and delivering strategic solutions, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry experts. The ability to take ownership of significant projects and to organize tasks and schedules across multiple team members in order to deliver high quality, client-ready work while at the same time being a part of and leading a close knit team is essential. As our clients are often large, complex systems, the individual must demonstrate considerable poise and business maturity to perform effectively and add value in the client environment.

Professional Qualifications:
- MBA, Ph.D., MD, or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
- Prior life sciences strategy consulting experience (5+ years) with focus on commercial strategies in the med-tech industry strongly preferred
- Life Science med-tech/industry experience in R&D, marketing or market research preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills are imperative
- Experience mentoring and guiding the professional development of junior staff members
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on tight deadlines and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and collaborate with individuals at all levels
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel, with experience developing quantitative revenue forecast and market models
- Exceptional demonstrated analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to communicate complex issues effectively and influence others; excellent writing skills are critical
